Pros

When redundancy occurs, RM UK complies with Australian law by engaging a local HR partner to ensure the process is handled appropriately. The approach is highly professional, following all the necessary legal steps. The Melbourne team are nice. Free lunch for monthly meeting and the lunch is good.

Cons

RM UK hire random people as tech leads and pushes updates without understanding why—it feels like the technical architects are more focused on filling their timesheets than doing anything meaningful. This has made the SDLC unnecessarily complex, increasing maintenance costs. To cut expenses, they resort to mass redundancies. The APAC product and development teams are being phased out within months. No new projects are being initiated—management is still discussing the same projects from three years ago, with no real progress or fresh initiatives.

Pros

RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
