Pros

Some opportunity to work with innovative brands in the technology space

Cons

Pay is low compared with the level of output and strategic contribution expected, especially from junior team members. There is a noticeable gap between what employees are asked to deliver and the compensation, support, and development they receive in return. In my experience, the culture lacks strong collaboration and creative energy, and the organization has often felt more reactive than well-managed. The company is also behind in areas like AI readiness and business development. For prospective employees, it is worth asking direct questions about compensation growth, team structure, and how work is actually resourced day to day.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We're proud of the opportunity we provide our teammates to work alongside innovative technology brands, and we recognize that meaningful work must be matched with meaningful support. Our leadership team is always actively focused on reviewing compensation, development, and resources, and we understand that progress on those fronts isn't always visible from every seat in the organization. We can work to improve that transparency. We're also navigating, with great intention, AI readiness and business development reflected in an industry experiencing rapid evolution. We continue to be committed to building a culture where the level of contribution we ask of our people is met with equal investment in their growth and experience.

Pros

-Some cool projects -People are passionate about what they do

Cons

Though Racepoint preaches a “flexible” culture, it’s a disguise for making you work crazy hours, especially if you’re early in your career. There’s no understanding of what is on each person’s plate, and if you try to advocate for yourself you’ll basically be told that that’s how things are and there’s nothing they can do. This is especially true if you’re early in your career- the folks higher up will work you to the bone and barely thank you for how hard you work. Many people have left or been let go because the standards are near impossible. If you value your mental health, I’d stay away.
