Each customer’s environment is unique and complex, so we work hand in hand with our customers to ensure they have the best possible experiences. Sometimes this process requires an in-depth technical review. Radware has launched strategic initiatives to enhance our customer experience and ensure the highest quality in our products and services. In fact, quality is mandatory for our product and service teams. Radware makes ongoing investments in training its employees on its products and systems, from our weeklong 101 and 102 immersions, to our vast library of training webinars. We encourage all employees to make use of these resources, ask questions, and engage with their manager for additional training as needed.
