Coming in to such a vibrant lively office can be pretty intimidating for someone new to the world of Contract Recruitment either as a Technical Recruiter or Asst. Team lead. Within a short period I was made to feel welcome not only by my immediate colleagues but also by the management and President. Advice, training, staff morale are all top notch and I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed working as much as I do right now. Everyone gets down to business during office hours but there's plenty of socializing opportunities every month ( Employee Welfare Activity- which company spends every month- The one and only kind in Baroda), great staff incentives and training offered throughout the company in all areas.…
