      Timely Salary Challenging Problems to Solve 5 days work

      Cons

      No Timely Salary Appraisal (3-9 Months Delay per annum) Huge workload A lot of Feature built then no one uses it, better to discuss the priority of the feature that has to be built, before you start working. No senior person to talk to, people just keep working until burnout.
