-Culture is continuing to get more hollowed out since buyout -A once agile and fun company to work for is now just another generic giant company where employees are disconnected from the direction of the company and every process is painfully slow and laborious -Employees in Sioux Falls have no control over their own destiny. More of the management structure is moved to HQ in the Chicago area by the day. -Poor foresight is used with hiring practices. Too many people are hired in good times so the company can boast about their rapid growth, and then when even a hint of economic hardship emerges layoffs and production moves to Mexico are immediately implemented.
