Horrible management Horrible ethics Push profit over care. Terrible benefits. I got 3 days bereavement to mourn my dead family member and then had to use PTO. can’t use vacation hardly ever and when you do you just get shamed for it. Purposefully short staffed nursing department and relying on scheduling one CNA for 3-4 halls when you have the staff to be fully staffed.
