      Pros

      It’s very relaxed and you are able to work on your own time scale which is great while being a student. The team is lovely and so management and it can be great fun.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’ll left a bit too much to your own devices. Very often it’s hard to get in touch with management especially on a short basis. It’s subject to what city you are in depending on what event you go to
