Pros
The wings team is a lot of fun because you get to travel around different cities and states and meet new people. The job has a lot of freedom. You basically get to make your own hours/schedule.
Cons
Sometimes have to work weird hours like at 6 a.m. or until midnight, but you get to choose your hours for the most part. Also, it's hard to move up into a full time position from the wings team.
