      Great employees. You work for a cool brand. Nice uniforms. Great building and breakfast is provided. Free Red Bull if you drink Red Bull

      Long hours. Horrible work life balance. Lack of pay when compared to other distribution jobs. Poor management. Horrible culture. They know it's a revolving door and will burn you out fast
