Pros
Mon - Fri First Shift, excellent balance between home and work life
Cons
The Philadelphia location runs like a frat house. The management hasn’t changed in years and don’t hold themselves accountable for what they hold their employees to. Would be nice if management didn’t go out golfing with eachother on a day they were supposed to be blitzing accounts. Senior management needs an extended stay where they talk to each employee.
