Travel - If you love driving long distances and seeing rural landscapes then this job delivers that in SPADES. There's a ton of machines in rural outskirts so you'll have plenty of times to see the beautiful landscapes along the way. You can fire up your favorite playlist and get cruising down the road. The weather when it's NICE - Working outdoors on a nice 60 or 70 degree day is just the best. You get to feel that great breeze instead of being stuck indoors all day. Dental benefits - for the longest Redbox has had one of the best coverage plans for Dental.
Cons
Corporate Structure - as of this review, the company is not in the greatest shape. The turnover rate of the company's leadership has been nothing short of alarming. The weather when it's BAD - Because the majority of the work is outdoors, you are constantly encountering ALL THE ELEMENTS. Scorching heat, blistering cold, rain and everything in between, you're still expected to do your job. Life threatening event such as tornadoes, extreme flooding, blizzards/snow storms are really the only conditions you're not obligated to work in. Physical work - this job involves a ton of bending and squatting so it goes without saying that if you're not a fan of physical labor then this might not be a good fit.
