Lacks leadership - B**L and A**M Should have started consolidation since the merge 2 years ago. Instead CDO left it hanging without cost-cutting and/or revenue-generating effort. Who cares about picture-perfect designs if business cannot be sustained? Many zeros of dollars are slipping with multiple vendors without consolidations.
