      Pros

      It's a great group of people for helping each other out, being social, getting stuff done. Honest and intelligent people who care about their work. Quite a bit of freedom to work the way you like to work.

      Cons

      Lack of well defined goals and responsibilities sometimes causes a disconnect where upper management thinks teams are underperforming, and teams think upper management's plans are underperforming. A plan has just been imposed to change this, so here's hoping.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
