      Pros

      It's a really fantastic environment with a positive culture. There are great pay and benefits, hours are flexible, the coffee is excellent, and you get to work on enjoyable and rewarding projects.

      Cons

      Not much, if I were being picky i'd say, despite being practical, the office location is a little uninspiring.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
