      - Warm and welcoming onboarding which has you feeling supported and equipped with the right tools to do your job well - Flexible office/WFH hours with a management team that has work/life balance as a priority - Comprehensive range of products that the market actually wants, with a great support and development teams

      Just wish there was more job openings so more people can join a great company!

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
