Pros

Some really lovely hard working people that have become good friends.

Cons

You had such an opportunity to reward the hard working loyal long serving underdog when you changed the Long-Term Incentive Plan – You didn’t! I had to tell respected staff members that they won’t be receiving the reward they hoped for and deserved, one of the hardest things as a manager I’ve ever done. No consultation with managers, no transparency, and a shocking lack of coherent communications throughout the whole process. The inequality is saddening. The disparity amongst divisions is colossal, in previous reviews there is talk of no pressure and no deadlines, speak to other areas of the business where 50, 60+ hours are common. Some divisions spend money like water whereas others count every penny – leads to a them and us culture.

We introduced our long-term incentive plan to ensure that all employees could share in the future success of Redgate irrespective of their role and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
