      Pros

      - Friendly and diverse staff - Range of benefits available - London office is impressive and has everything you might need

      Cons

      - Mandated return to office, at least 4 days a week from January 2026. Not even HR was able to advise when the email first went out as they say they did not know the change was coming. Will have poor work life balance with the incoming change. - No flexibility in start or leave times - US firm culture - Pay is average

      Too many chiefs and not enough support members; unequal treatment of staff where some are allowed to do things a certain way while others aren't.
