Pros

Fully remote and great coworkers.

Cons

This place is a disaster. It’s not just the long hours or the awful pay; the founders couldn’t care less about the people working here. All they’re interested in is making money. They promised we’d get all federal holidays off, but in reality, we only get three—Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. (We actually had four before, and they just took one away this year without any notice! You can see how this will play out in the future.) As for leadership, it’s a total mess. They barely communicate, and forget about transparency—it just doesn’t exist. The company’s making a ton of money, but if you even think about asking for a raise or a cost-of-living adjustment, they’ll shut you down immediately. They’re completely disconnected from what people here actually need to live comfortably. The workload is brutal. The hours feel never-ending, and we’re stuck in these pointless 3-4 hour meetings that drag on forever. One of the founders, who has OCD and ADHD, constantly derails the meetings with irrelevant tangents and arguments. Trying to leave early, even when you’ve given them a heads-up, is practically a crime—they’ll track you down to ask why you left. The whole work environment is just toxic, and people are quitting left and right. The turnover rate is insane, and there’s a reason they get so many bad reviews. There’s zero room for growth or development, especially for juniors. This place will drain the life out of you.

Pros

There aren't any to mention...

Cons

Zero onboarding for the position. Had no idea who I was supposed to report to or get help from but one girl in design acted like she was my boss and was very rude to me. Depressing office and bad vibes. Good luck!
