ReneSola America used to be a great company, but is single handedly being dismantled by the new president JS. When it was announced she would be leading the company, most thought it was a practical joke; given she was just a sales person all but a few months prior. Her immaturity and inability to lead has been made obvious by her constant blunders, failure to pay attention and mismanagement of every level of the company. She is hand picking a team of rookies as her "management team" who are equally incompetent. Every problem in the company is a direct result of her inexperience as a manager. i do NOT recommend anyone taking a job here until she is terminated, which should inevitably be soon!
