ReneSola interview questions

The interview was scheduled by the HR person so I thought I will speak with Finance person at the interview, but no I spoke to HR person She asked me general questions about my experience to date, but no industry specific so I felt it was waste of my time Also she couldn’t confirm the budget for the role, which is very strange. She was probably window shopping

The entire process is ridiculous, at first the HR was good and the commutations were smooth, then when the hiring manager involved, things are getting funny, the people keep asking me to do an easy excel model, then PowerPoint, and I need to modify the model few times, I felt like I was doing the job for her, and what is funnier, there is no people mention benefits expectations at all in the whole process, and I felt like I was giving the job for an employee, instead of an interviewer, the whole process was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
