      You can drive the van home so no paying for commuting

      Cons

      Not worth it. They’re constantly under staffed so you’re expected to do extra work. Very average pay and a constant negative toxic work environment. Constantly belittled and patronised by account managers. Most people leave before a year

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
