      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great Colleagues. The procurement department under former VP was great. I like their 401K match and fair vesting period (3 years). Benefits are great, but the costs have been increased by management.

      Cons

      Lack of training and transparency on career trajectory. There is no incentives or bonuses for the overachievers. In exchange, we have steady and decent income as well as workload. After the merger with Terminix, the company has a new CEO and VP for procurement.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Cons

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
