      Pros

      - Work is very flexible, can work from home and office. - Good place to kickstart IT career for freshies. - Colleagues accross department are friendly and helpful. - Both regional and local IT members are nice to each other.

      Cons

      - For IT, need to possess own transport because have to rotate between offices located at different location. For me, it is still bearable. Not sure about the others.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Cons

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
