Pros
- A great care from the company to the employee: for Reply, every single employee matters, and that's why the company often organises aperitifs, group trips and of course great parties, like the final one at Christmas, with special international guests! - Working with Reply means receiving a lot of Benefits, like a medical assurance, a welfare bonus usable by employees for buying stuff in Amazon and paid holidays - A young working environment.
Cons
- Bad social dynamics: careers can depend on how much managers like you and not on how much effort you can put in your job. You can work hard as hell, but if you're not cool, if you're shy or you are classified as just as "dumb" because of your social traits, than you will forever be the one guy who can be used for hard works and no rewards. - Managment can lie about your career path: they will make you work hard for reaching some goals, and at the moment for promotions, they will complain for something for delaying an upgrade for your salary. - Salaries are quite good, but there are great inequalities between different employees (Someone can enter in the company with a 30k€ salary, meanwhile another one, with the same experience, can enter with 25K€ just because he/she studied in a differenti university) - Projects can be really bad managed: it's quite common to finish late, and projects deadlines are always bad scheduled. - Overtimes are not paid.
