There is a noticeable pattern of partners frequently altering client requirements without involving the client, seemingly to drive up costs. The company’s primary strength appears to be selling unrealistic dreams—often presenting basic tools, like a glorified ChatGPT, as sophisticated AI assistants. Many in management, including engineering managers, contributed little to no value, often clock-watching and lacking the technical expertise needed to support their teams effectively.
