Gossipy environment. Be careful what you say and to whom. Some people can behave very sincere, but have loose lips once you tell them stuff. Super hierarchical too, bosses get threatened when you seem to get along better than them with other teams. General feeling is that there's no drive to improve, just do what CEO wants and don't rock the boat till retirement.
