I've been working there for three years, and have gained instrumental experience in the process. It's a great way to get the experience you need to drive a value based, solution focused sales process. You'll never win an opportunity based on price. You must learn to sell based on value, and pursue sales in a consultative manner, otherwise you will struggle.
Cons
High turnover, and the company is transferring the majority of it's sales team to Tempe, Arizona.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We're happy to see that you're learning valuable skills in your role at Reputation.com. We are aware that we experience turnover at a higher rate than we'd like, and are working to more closely align expectations between candidates and managers during the hiring process, which we think will help us reduce turnover over the long run. Keep up the great work!
Great management, lots of resources to ensure success in your role.
Cons
It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Business Outlook
Pros
*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered
*Great coworkers
*Lunch for in office workers.
Cons
*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs.
*Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay.
*Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients.
*For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn.
*Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction.
*No 401k match.
