      Pros

      It was all remote but the management was very helpful and the team was great. There was not much work pressure and we were given the opportunity to work at our own pace.

      Cons

      I never had any issues during my period there.

      Pros

      *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

      Cons

      *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
