The colleagues in the trenches are talented and supportive.

Cons

The company is in disarray. Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no clear communication to the broader organization. This was a surprise attack, leaving employees anxious and uncertain about their future. The entire executive leadership team (ELT) has turned over in a short period, with every departure framed as "pursuing other opportunities." It's evident that these statements aren't truthful, and the lack of transparency erodes trust within the organization. Shifting priorities and a lack of cohesive vision make it challenging to deliver value to customers. As a CSM, I frequently had to bridge the gap between broken internal processes and frustrated clients without adequate support from ever changing leadership.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
