Pay is standard 95% of my experience with leadership has been positive Start-up/small business feeling, which allows accomplishments/successes to be quite visible

Very dated learning and work culture. Needs a revamp and more re-enforcement of new age thinking HR should be the center of the universe for employees, but it can feel like an oversight or disconnected part of the business. Its progressing though!
