      Depending on what location you’re at, it could always be busy and you wouldn’t have to worry about hours

      Management are condescending and don’t understand the work because they don’t touch it or engage in it

      Pros

      Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.

      Cons

      The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
