Employees expected to learn by themselves No or little manager support when learning, Overall onboareing process is ok but no job related documents readily available. Too much office politics Not willing to pay fairly and does not account for experience serious. Employees who have worked more than 10 years at the company getting paid less than new hires with no such job experience. When asking for OT, managers turn you down saying everyone is already working OT with no extra pay
