I take your feedback very seriously, and we will use it as we continue to improve the way the leadership team, starting with myself, approaches and engages with our team. As you have noted, we do try hard to build a great culture but fully admit has not always been smooth sailing. We continue to evolve our approach and efforts working to make the most impact for the entire organization. Culture is very important to me and something we will keep working on improving. Our goal is to empower everyone to contribute to the growth and success of ReviewTrackers; while we aim to promote a sense of accountability, it is also our intention to always keep morale high and inspire everyone helping support the company's mission.
