Unsupportive, fear-driven culture that stifles collaboration and openness, little to no feedback, not even a vague understanding of how to nurture talent and get the best from employees. Completely chaotic.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we appreciate you taking the time and really are sorry that you’re not feeling supported in your role.
We believe that we have a culture of collaboration and open feedback and if you aren’t getting feedback that you need, we would ask that you escalate this to HR so that we can put a plan in place for you. We did announce recently the strengthening of functional management and new ways to provide more structured feedback, so we hope this will help. We accept that it can be more difficult since remote working to collaborate and get the feedback we need, so we’ll pass your comments on so we can think about ways to encourage more effective communication.
We are glad you’re enjoying some important aspects of your work, like the people and the product, and we hope that you feel able to reach out to support from management or HR and that we improve your Revolut experience.

Cons
- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
