Pros
Some of the colleagues were genuinely helpful and good and the working environment was decent.
Cons
After the change in management, business has dropped drastically. Key managers are keen to pivot to their favourite sectors while ignoring the others. Morale at branch is low due to various cost cutting measures including retrenchments. Some people are not suitable to lead yet are in the position due to various reasons. This leads to a situation where subordinates are not able to have good leadership and guidance.
