Pros
Working in the London office, I'm surrounded by positive people who are always on hand to help with whatever questions I may have. The company is well respected within the industry and clients are regularly asking us to help on long-term projects/pitches.
Cons
Recent acquisitions means there are new processes/departments to liaise with. Which is expected and hopefully will become more streamlined over time.
