Context... RCC has multiple facilities that are largely redundant. We make most of our products at all facilities and they are similar. In terms of margin and service levels, our Texas facility fell outside our expectations, the poorest performing plant. The entire operational management team was replaced, As a business, our expectations are the production of high quality products delivered with exceptional service in an environment that treats employees with respect and with safety in mind. Unfortunately, the management team was unable to deliver to expectations and...
It is ironic that a day apart anonymous posters representing job titles of ex-members of the aforementioned management team has decided to send flaming reviews. Almost as if it was a libelous, coordinated attempt to cause reputational harm.
RCC is so confident that this review is such utter BS that two things will happen.
1) the first 10 applicants to either of our Texas facilities - production plant or corporate) will receive a $500 interview bonus. Submit your resume for an open position to our HR department and if selected for an interview, mention this reply (or the similar one) and you will get $500 cash. It's a risk free offer. I am that confident that you will be impressed with the data we can present on the almost immediate improvements on service, quality, morale, and sales since we made the change.
2) the employee files for the the operation's management team will be provided unedited to legitimate employers requesting confirmation of employment. In Texas, we are not obligated to just confirm dates, salaries, and tenure. We are legally allowed to provide honest feedback. And we shall do so, as is our right and obligation.
Because of the apparent collusion to intentionally cause reputational harm to our company and by logical extension all employees of our company, these are logical, reasonable steps to combat false information.
