Pros
Famous brand, MNC, welfare package If you do not want a career, and just wanna get paid stably, it would be a good place, but make sure your entry salary is satisfy, my salary is frozen for two years.
Cons
Bad management, keep and promote lazy people only and push workload to people who is punctual & really do their job. Change from regular to shift when working as AB team, need to work on Saturdays and let you rest on Monday, mess up all your learning progress and not giving a pity. Threaten employee during COVID-19 that they should be thankful when manager work so hard to keep their jobs.
