The company holds a good percentage of the market share, thus it can provide great job stability due to always having work that needs to be done.
Cons
low pay, pay freezes, promotion freezes, constant changes, failure to do annual reviews every year. Failure to give justified and proportional raises because management can't remember to do the annual reviews. Jobs are so compartmentalized that it requires four people to accomplish a full-cycle function.
