Pros
Good Culture and people. Good products to sell. Good training as a relatively new Rep. Ricoh is doing most of the right things to be successful.
Cons
Administrative problems that slow sales cycles & make a sales reps job more about putting out fires than selling MFP's. We also are having issues with Implementing an Oracle database conversion. Ricoh is making strides to fix these problems. Hopefully a lot of them will be behind us soon
