Pros

Friendships made with follow employees. Ability to make a decent income if you are lucky. Good variety of products are available to sell, just hard to get implemented.

Cons

Moral is unbelievably low. Upper management's approach and mandates are reeking of desperation. Upper management is so disconnected with the field that the mandates they are making on the sales force are not only unrealistic but counterproductive. Micromanagement to the extreme no matter if you are new or a long time season employee, such as myself. Local management is scared to stand up for their teams and push back on the ridiculous standards that are being required. We had additional mandates handed down this week that requires us to be in the office for almost three days out of the week to do internal meetings and other nonsensical requirements that they are putting in place to try to force us to see more customers because they are desperate. Everyone is being held to the same requirements that are being put in place for underperformers. In other words, the mandates put in place for reps that are at 20% of plan are being pushed on the reps that are also at 120% of plan. Completely unfair. The sales rep role is becoming everything not related to sales but you are still required to hit your quotas. The amount of administrative work required beyond just the sale is overwhelming. There is almost no support for the sales rep. Training is horrible here. I have never understood why people say the training is so good. Training is essentially an online course curriculum that will put you to sleep. Commissions are often wrong and you have to track every penny that you are paid because the company will not go back on their own to change mistakes to your favor but they will go back to take money away from you. Based on the mistakes they make with me, I would guess that the company saves millions in unpaid commissions. They preach that they really believe in a work life balance but in reality you are expected to work long hours and work at home to complete what is required. If you go on vacation where they can reach you, expect calls from your manager. The constant threat that you will lose your job always hangs in the air above you. They also make it clear that you are replaceable. Changes in the company this fiscal year have made this a horrible place to work and reps are jumping from a sinking ship so fast that they are having trouble filling positions. They are actually hiring people that should not have the jobs in management or sales but are desperate so they fill them anyway for headcount.

Pros

Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

Cons

I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!

Pros

• Decent pay • Great benifits • Car allowance/reimbursement for a personal vehicle and depreciation • The ability to travel and build relationships with customers • Learning mechanical and electrical skills • Independence and teamwork

Cons

• They just started enforcing the new commute policy which requires technicians to now give the company an hour of their time to and from work, if the customer is that distance away from their home at the beginning or end of day. Ultimately stealing up to 2 hours from the technician every single day and effectively punishing you for living so far away from a customer site. • Always coming with new ways to screw over technicians. They also just implemented new metrics that contribute to or take away from your bonus. • Sales reps usually always get the wrong equipment delivered to a customer and you have to be the one to deal with a screwed up mess • Lack of communication between sales/deliveries/management
