Pros

By assisting displaced employees position and market themselves, I know my efforts are valued by those I work with and have a positive impact. Working remotely provides a great opportunity to find that sought after work/life balance. The team I work on puts much effort into staying connected and providing training and assistance. They have an excellent mentor program for the first few months, monthly team meetings, and bi-monthly small group training sessions. I think all of these things facilitate connection that is important to most who work remotely. The team leader/project manager does an amazing job with a heavy workload that is productivity driven and service focused. With those two focuses countering each other, having a leader who can drive both goals simultaneously is a major factor in the success of the team.

Cons

The team I work on is continually finding ways to improve processes, products, and services, so I really don't see any specific cons because efforts are always moving towards enhancements and improvements.

Pros

. good if you’re at the end of your career, like working as a solo practitioner and love 80% administrivia Hire quality coaches for call center reps. Like hiring a doctor to schedule appointments and file notes and Insurance

Cons

- new technology is 5-10 years outdated even as being implemented. - doesn’t do anything internally that it sells externally. No leadership training, change management, career coaching - inefficient erratic management and dinosaur operations - Management either takes no accountability or micromanages down to seconds
