    Pros

    flexibility in scheduling calls

    Cons

Truly the worst run company. Everyone is on a plan. Clearly Leadership does not know how to engage employees to do their best

    Advice to Management

engage employees using the principles of great leadership. In the long run fear does not work. Knowledge and relationships are walking right out the door.

Combines the advantages of working for a large company with the opportunity to work with a small, tight-knit local team.

I worked at Right Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great regional teams with a sense of community/family within locales. Employees are vested in what is done for clients and candidates with a true sense of purpose.

    Cons

Senior leadership instituting lots of change with little transparency or communication. Seems like the approach is throw as much as possible at employees/clients and see what sticks/works.

    Advice to Management

Get out of your bubble in Milwaukee and truly get to know the individual markets and teams doing the work. Stop managing sales and consultant teams by fear and threats. Empower your regional leadership without micromanaging them. Most of all PRACTICE WHAT IS PREACHED AND SOLD TO CLIENTS. One would figure that an organization that champions engagement, development and a positive employment brand in selling to clients, would actually focus on that within the organization. Consultants have been living with the threat of cuts for over a year....not a healthy way to engage in work.
