Pros
Helping people find a new job is very rewarding. Most of the clients are very appreciative of the help you give. Schedule is very flexible.
Cons
As a "Human Resources" company, Right does not practice what they preach. Employees are treated poorly, particularly part timers. Work hours and pay rates are micro managed. No personal feedback or development and no recognition for a job well done. All rewards are intrinsic and come from the clients.
