Pros
Right Management professionals are - driven, self-motivated, and quality-focused. People really care about what they do - helping companies and their employees to engage in career transition. The environment is very supportive of continuous improvement. Additionally I love the flexibility RM offers me!
Cons
The company has had a difficult time dealing with the recent spikes in business. Although we service clients who have recently been downsized from their companies--RM has had its far share of "on-call actions" this year. This is unsettling - especially to long time employees of Right. Additionally with all the changes it's sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new information..
