Pros
People are wonderful to work with, they really care. We help people and see wonderful results. This is very rewarding. Long term friendships are made. The clients benefit, the candidates are supported and helped through the networking programs, and you get to see people make decisions that change their lives for the better.
Cons
Of course the business cycle is difficult for some. The business is cyclical and it's difficult to depend on employment. You love the work, but it can disappear when the economy changes. Most of the staff are Project Consultants, high quality and long tenured people, but they need to have other means of making a living when things are slow.
