Pros
- lots of scope to learn and be part of projects that will add tremendous value to your resume - the team on the ground, who do the real work, are strong and close-knit. - high amount of flexibility in areas such as office timings, breaks, working from home
Cons
- an HR consulting company that doesn't practice 10% of what it preaches - management does not 'listen' and has lost significant number of quality employees just because their work and achievements aren't acknowledged, let alone appreciated - the team of middle managers (Team leads, project leads) build a huge communication gap between other levels. some key initiatives taken and work done by junior consultants get credited to the middle managers and they conveniently make no effort to clarify the achievements (a consistent practice, not a one off case)
