Recruiting more sales then technical employees just to meet the Chairman's egotistical demands Chairman is out of touch with the real world and just wants to grow the business so that he can sell and make a fortune. Senior management lie to employees just to make their lives easier. People are forced to work extra long hours as the senior management force them to meet unrealistic deadlines Employees constantly back stab people as they are afraid of the management Total lack of accountability from senior management Egotistical chairman has to sign off on everything which stifles the business
