“The recruiter reached out and completed an initial interview with me for the role. The next step was supposed to be a meeting with senior leadership, who are not familiar with the market the position oversees. After that point, the company stopped communicating and never provided an update on next steps or a notice that I was not selected.”

Disappointing experience. I was asked to complete an assignment within a tight two-day deadline, which took significant time and effort over two evenings. During the interview, the assignment wasn’t mentioned at all, and despite following up afterwards, I never received any feedback or response. A lack of communication like this feels unprofessional and inconsiderate of candidates’ time.
